Profile of the job holder:

 

  • Completed commercial training
  • Professional experience in order processing / internal sales department
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good technical understanding

 

IT:

  • Confident handling of common programs word, outlook, excel; desirable photoshop, powerpoint, indesign

 

 

Areas of responsibility for the assigned customer groups:

 

1) Quotation and order processing (recording to invoicing including shipping documents)

2) Master data maintenance

3) Telephone service

4) Courier services (conditions, invoice verification)

5) Forwarding agents (processing, invoice verification)

6) Export certificates third country

7) Integration in new customer acquisition „direct customers“ incl. Rework

8) General office work (filing etc)

 

 

Due to the movement of goods involved in this job, presence is required; working from home is not possible.

 

Working hours: a) Full-time (36,5 hours / week)

b) Part-time (20 hours = 5 x 4 hours/week)
